Our Full City Blend is derived from the City Blend. Production was based on demand from our wholesale coffee beans customers for a slightly darker roast. This blend has a slightly different extraction method to our City Blend and has a more pronounced roast profile associated with a darker roast.
Minimum order: 6kg. Sold in 1kg bags. Price is R189 per kg.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Perishable goods: Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products once delivered.
Order issues: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are dispatched from our roastery.
Shipping fees: Original courier fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

Courier fees: Shipping fees are not included in the product price and will be dynamically calculated at checkout based on your location and total order weight.
Dispatch time: Because our coffee is freshly roasted to order, please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing and dispatch from our roastery.
Delivery times: Once dispatched, local deliveries usually arrive within 1 to 2 business days, while regional and outlying areas may take 3 to 5 business days.
Minimum weight: All wholesale orders start at a minimum shipping weight of 6 kg to accommodate our wholesale order requirements.
Tracking: A tracking link from our courier partner will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the roastery.
